  The air tool consist of three major components:
  1. The air motor
  2. The adapter
  3. The FEA (Front End Assembly)


Don't forget to order a Filter-Regulator-Lubricator (FRL) for each air motor.

  • All three components are required to install helically coiled inserts with the air tool.
  • Each thread size will require a different Front End Assembly (FEA).
  • For sizes above 1/4" and M6 a larger adapter will be required (see table below).

The above listed FEA part numbers are for installing 1, 1.5 & 2 Dia. length inserts.  For insert lengths great than 2 Dia. please designate by using "-30" at the end of the part number.  For example, CT11000-2-30 is an 8-32 FEA that will install 2.5 & 3 Dia. inserts.
